Suzie is an Associate within our General Practice team in our Kendal office.  Suzie graduated from Sheffield Hallam University and worked in Leeds for two national firms specialising in Commercial Agency for over 10 years.  It was while she was in Leeds that she became a qualified Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.

Suzie is involved in valuation work, agency sales, lettings and acquisitions and providing advice on landlord and tenant matters such as lease renewals and rent reviews. Suzie also specialises in general Estate Management for private clients, trusts and institutional clients.

Suzie deals with a wide range of commercial properties across Cumbria and advises clients as to the best approach when considering the best use of property.

Away from the office Suzie is busy being a taxi driver for her 3 children and when she isn’t busy ferrying them around, she loves to be organising their next family holiday.
