Steven is based in our Kirkcaldy office and was promoted to Partner in January 2019. Having joined DM Hall in 1999 and having worked in Fife since this time, Steven has a wealth of experience in the local property market and specialises in residential valuation.
Steven deals with a wide range of residential valuation work including home reports and other RICS reports for lending tax purposes.
