Ruth joined the team in June 2019, having worked for a bank for 20 years dealing directly with the Financial Ombudsman Service. Ruth was thrilled to accept a position within the team and while primarily dealing directly Registered Legal Reports, Ruth also has a dual role as a client liaison officer for DM Hall. Ruth visits clients to provide face to face support and guidance on how to use our online portal. She is now also leading the Legal Search team.
