Richard is a Chartered Surveyor at our Perth office and has been with the Firm since 2000. He has significant experience in the residential property market. Since Richard joined DM Hall in 2000, he specialises in residential valuations in and around Perthshire.

Richard graduated in 1992 via a correspondence course through The College of Estate Management, Reading.
