Nicky joined DM Hall in the summer of 2025, bringing with her a wealth of experience as a fully qualified HR professional with a career spanning over 20 years.
Based at the Firm’s Head Office in Edinburgh, she possesses broad and comprehensive generalist expertise gained through senior HR roles.
Her role has been established to strengthen and professionalise HR delivery and strategy across DM Hall, while enhancing the overall employee lifecycle experience.
