Martyn is an Associate in the Building Consultancy team based at our Perth office, and joined the Firm in September 2023. He is a Chartered Building Surveyor with over 18 years’ experience gained across a broad range of property sectors throughout Scotland including commercial, industrial, retail, leisure, education and residential. Martyn has extensive experience working as part of multi-disciplinary teams covering all aspects of Building Surveying including Building Surveys, Defect Analysis, Schedules of Condition, Schedules of Dilapidations, Contract Administration, Energy Performance, Architectural and Design Services.
