Ivan is an Associate in the Building Consultancy team based at our Aberdeen office joining DM Hall in September 2026. He is a Chartered Building Surveyor with over 35 years’ experience gained across a broad range of property sectors throughout Scotland, South-east Asia & Australasia including commercial, industrial, residential, etc. Ivan has extensive experience covering all aspects of Building Surveying including, technical due diligence for major investors, expert witness, pre-acquisition surveys, building condition & defect Surveys, defect analysis, schedules of condition & dilapidations, and CA/PM/Architectural services.
