Graeme has over 25 years experience in the commercial property market. Having operated in a partnership role with the firm for a number of years, he has now taken over a consultancy role.

Graeme advises on acquisitions, sales, lettings and development strategies to a variety of major retained clients including house builders, banks, insolvency practitioners, commercial developers, investors and private traders. In addition Graeme is active in the field of residential portfolio acquisitions and disposal plus the provision of appraisals for retained developer clients.

When not at work, and when able to escape the clutches of his wife and 2 daughters, Graeme can often be found topping up his stress levels going round Douglas Park Golf Club with a medal card in hand.
