Felicity is a chartered surveyor working in our Aberdeen office, having joined the residential department as a Director in 2022. Felicity studied for an MA (Hons) in Property at the University of Aberdeen and began as a graduate with DM Hall in 2009. Felicity gained her RICS qualification specialising in residential survey and valuation in 2011 and was then promoted to an Associate position in 2016. Felicity carries out a variety of surveys including Home Reports, Home Buyers Reports, Mortgage Valuations and Energy Performance Certificates for Lenders, Solicitors, Housebuilders and private clients across the North East of Scotland.
