Duncan specialises in rural professional services which covers the length and breadth of Scotland. He undertakes valuations for both private and bank clients for a variety of purposes including loan security, tax, as well as purchase and sale. Duncan also advises clients on strategic development, renewable energy, telecom masts and all aspects of estate management.

Duncan graduated from the University of Aberdeen with an MA (Hons) in International Relations and Management, and following a period of work and travel, with an MSc in Finance and Real Estate.
