Debi joined DM Hall in 2026 as an Associate Building Surveyor with over 15 years’ experience across a broad range of property sectors, predominantly across Scotland, including residential, commercial, industrial, retail, leisure, healthcare and education delivering services that includes project management, contract administration, quality monitoring, technical due diligence, building condition surveys extending to pre-acquisition inspection, schedules of condition, schedules of dilapidations, planned preventative maintenance schedules and asset management registers. Debi has worked with a broad range of clients providing technical and statutory advice to property owners, developers, and investors.
