David is a chartered surveyor working in our Glasgow office, having joined the residential department in 2023. He started his surveying career during his placement year in 2008 then graduating from Glasgow Caledonian University in 2010 with a BSc (Hons) in Property Management and Valuation. David spent a short time with Clyde Property before joining Ayrshire and Lanarkshire council carrying out various types of valuation work where he gained his RICS chartered qualification in 2014. He then returned to residential surveying in Glasgow in 2016 with Graham + Sibbald and was promoted to Associate in 2019. David specialises in residential survey and valuation carrying out a variety of surveys including Home Reports, Home Buyers Reports, Mortgage Valuations and Energy Performance Certificates for Lenders, Solicitors, Housebuilders and private clients across the Glasgow and surrounding areas.
