David is a Chartered Surveyor at our Elgin office since August 2013.

David brings a wealth of surveying and valuation experience to DM Hall. During 1988 he graduated with an honours degree in Estate Management before qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor during 1992.

Since then, David has specialised in the survey and valuation of residential properties for a range of purposes.
