David is a Chartered Building Surveyor in the Building Consultancy team based at our Edinburgh office and joined the firm in November 2024. He has over 25 years experience gained throughout Scotland, across a range of property sectors including commercial, industrial, retail, ecclesiastical, education and veterinary. His Building Surveying experience within private consultancy and client side roles includes property pre-acquisition surveys, building cost reinstatement assessments for insurance purposes, contract administration of a range of building projects, building condition surveys, dilapidations assessments for Landlords and Tenants, and related legal, technical and statutory advise to property owners, occupiers and investors.
