Darroch is a Chartered Surveyor working in the Inverurie office, having rejoined DH Hall as a Director in 2025.  He studied for a BSc (Hons) in Estate Management at Napier University and began as a graduate with DM Hall in 2001 and has been RICS qualified since 2004.

Prior to re-joining Darroch spent 17 years at Graham + Sibbald where he was a Partner from 2014.

Darroch carries out a variety of surveys including Home Reports, Home Buyers Reports, Mortgage Valuations and Energy Performance Certificates for Lenders, Solicitors, Housebuilders and private clients across the North East of Scotland.
