Charlotte is a Graduate Residential Surveyor, based between the Inverurie and Peterhead offices. She joined the firm following the completion of her studies at the University of Aberdeen, where she graduated in 2026 with an Honours degree in Finance and Real Estate.

In her role, Charlotte is developing her professional experience across a broad range of residential surveying work, gaining valuable practical knowledge of the property market and the technical aspects of residential property assessment. She is involved in supporting the delivery of professional surveying and valuation services, working closely with experienced surveyors and clients throughout the process.

Charlotte’s academic background in finance and real estate provides her with a strong foundation in property principles, market analysis and financial considerations, which she is able to apply to her day-to-day work. Based across the Inverurie and Peterhead offices, she is building her knowledge of the local residential property markets and developing her expertise as she progresses towards professional qualification.
