Caroline Wayte is our Marketing Manager, having joined the firm in January 2020. A graduate of Strathclyde University Business School with an Honours degree in Marketing, Caroline’s career has seen her work across a broad variety of business sectors in London, Edinburgh and Glasgow – first as a client, and later, in client services and business development for a division of the Interpublic Group.

A self-employed marketing consultant for some years, Caroline has acted on behalf of several highly respected Scottish companies, including Black & Lizars, Scottish Leather Group and Milne Craig Chartered Accountants & Tax Advisers.

With a keen interest in people and what makes them tick, Caroline undertook an Institute of Leadership & Management Coaching Qualification with Taylor Clarke Associates in 2017 and has coached business people at all levels.

Caroline was promoted to Associate in 2022.
