Billy is DM Hall’s Energy Services Manager based in the Dunfermline office.

He has comprehensive experience in operations, management, compliance and business development within the UK and internationally. His credentials will be of great benefit to our ambitions to accelerate our energy services.

He is an accredited domestic energy and retrofit assessor and a qualified Non-Domestic Energy Assessor.

Outside of work Billy is passionate about health & wellbeing and is constantly working on DIY projects.
