Andrew is a Director in the Commercial Department based in our Edinburgh office. He has over 15 years’ experience in commercial property within both the private and public sectors, and his role primarily involves providing valuation reports on a wide range of commercial properties including a specialisation in Development valuations, as well as the preparation of Asset Valuations for Public Sector clients. In addition, Andrew provides Rating advice to SMEs, Private Clients, and Public Sector bodies; and undertakes Rent Reviews on behalf of Landlords and Tenants on a range of commercial properties.
