Alan is DM Hall’s Head of Energy and is based in the Dunfermline office.
Prior to joining DM Hall he qualified as a Building Control Officer within Dunfermline District Council.
Having had over 35 years of experience in dealing with all types of Architectural, Planning and Building Regulation matters, Alan has established an advisory service that is used and accepted by the legal profession throughout Scotland.
He is also an accredited energy assessor and can produce the statutory domestic and non-domestic Energy Performance Certificates for properties that are the subject to sale or rent.
