Martin heads up the Building Consultancy team at DM Hall and is a Chartered Building Surveyor. His experience includes project management, contract administration, pre-acquisition surveys, building condition surveys, dilapidations, and the provision of related legal, technical, and statutory advice to property owners, occupiers, and investors.
