At DM Hall, we are always looking to continually offer the best service to our clients.
One way we do this is by surveying a sample of clients and asking for their thoughts on the service we provide, our strengths and areas for improvement.
We are delighted with the latest results, which are summarised below. They reinforce our drive to offer a personal and professional service across the wide range of departments we have:
– 99% of respondents said their expectations had been met
– 98% of respondents would use us again
– 99% of respondents would recommend us
– 94% of respondents ranked us as excellent or very good for customer service
– 96% of respondents ranked us as excellent or very good for technical excellence.
We will continue to use client surveys and other feedback methods to ensure DM Hall remains ‘the right decision’ for our clients.
