We’re seeing continued increases in the operational costs associated with lodgement and the wider property and valuation process.
At DM Hall, we understand that cost pressures are a reality for businesses across the industry. However, we also recognise the importance of providing our clients with a service that is not only reliable and professional, but also cost-effective.
Our commercial clients remain at the heart of what we do. That’s why, despite these increased operational costs, there will be no immediate change to our commercial fee levels as a direct result of the latest increase in lodgement costs.
We believe in taking a long-term approach to client relationships. For us, that means working hard to manage rising costs wherever possible, while continuing to deliver the high standards of service, expertise and responsiveness our clients expect from DM Hall.
We’ll continue to monitor the situation and review our approach as market conditions develop, but our priority remains clear: to provide dependable, professional and cost-effective service to our clients.
Thank you to all of our commercial clients for your continued trust and support. We remain committed to delivering the right advice, at the right time, with as little disruption and additional cost as possible.
