DM Hall, one of Scotland’s leading firms of independent chartered surveyors, has been fostering the talents of young professionals as its graduate development program produces a trio of newly-qualified chartered surveyors.
The three successful candidates in the critical Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) test were Graham Laird, currently at the Elgin office, Gosia Kilpatrick of the Paisley Office, and Greg Fisher who is based in both our Ayr and Irvine offices. All three work in residential surveying.
Graham said: “DM Hall has been very supportive of all of us going through the process of attaining accreditation. The firm’s training program is second to none.”
Graham added: “I am looking forward to developing as a surveyor with the support that I have been receiving.”
In June, Gosia and Graham took part in the DM Hall fundraising bungee jump. As part of a team of six, they helped raise over £1,000 for Alzheimer Scotland and Macmillan Cancer Support Scotland.
Greg, who completed both a BSc.in Geography, and an MSc in Real Estate at the University of Glasgow, worked in corporate aviation before entering the world of surveying.
Eric Curran, Managing Partner at DM Hall, said: “DM Hall brings in the best and brightest, and provides an atmosphere of professional dedication. All three have worked hard, learned craft and diligence from those around them, and have earned their professional qualification. We look forward to working with them, developing their skills and watching them grow professionally.”
