The latest chapter in the story of DM Hall’s continuing success is very soon about to unfold.
Our busy and effective Glasgow North office has been located for over 30 years in Newton Place next to Charing Cross. While it has been a good home to us, and a welcoming environment for our clients, the fact is that we have simply outgrown it.
As a consequence, we have taken the decision to move the Glasgow North branch into the heart of the city’s business district at 220 St Vincent Street, a Grade B listed building which has been sensitively and excitingly reinvented as a sophisticated office development.
The reasons for our move, which is expected to take place in April this year, are twofold:
• As well as providing a first class professional environment for our continually increasing numbers of partners and staff, Glasgow North will become a centre of excellence, bringing together residential, commercial valuation, commercial agency and building consultancy expertise.
• It will bring us physically closer to the hub of business and commercial activity in the city centre, making access to our professional services quicker and more convenient for our clients.
At the same time, we will also be investing in modernising our Glasgow South office in Shawlands, with new equipment and furniture as well as new external signage.
These developments follow our recent extensive rebranding and significant advances in our computerised service to our client base, which we look forward to launching later this year.
This is an exciting time for DM Hall, its 23 partners and its 230 staff. As one of Scotland’s leading firms of Chartered Surveyors, it has never been more successful, or experienced a more dramatic period of technology-backed expansion.
We are looking forward to building on our tradition of dedicated personal service as we continue on an upward trajectory through 2017 and beyond. DM Hall strives to provide the service that you and your clients deserve, this investment helps us achieve our goals.
