DM Hall’s West commercial property operation appoints Jonathan McManus as new director

DM Hall, one of Scotland’s leading independent firms of chartered surveyors, has appointed Jonathan McManus as a new director of commercial agency, based in the firm’s Glasgow North office. He will be part of DM Hall’s West commercial department.
A graduate of Paisley University, Jonathan qualified as a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 2000. Subsequently, he worked in senior roles with a number of leading professional firms of including GVA and Colliers, before setting up on his own as McManus Property Consultants in 2009.
He said: “My time as a property consultant, focusing on all aspects of Agency work involved significant interaction with clients in both the retail and investment sector, added greatly to my experience and skillset.
“On a personal and business level, I am sure I learned more during those years that at any other time in my career”. In 2014 Jonathan joined a small, niche investment practice, Inglis Howie, specialising in commercial property investment throughout the UK.
“I am very pleased to have been appointed as a director of commercial agency at DM Hall and look forward greatly to assisting our clients, old and new to understand, address and profit from the commercial property investment opportunities which may arise”, he said.
