DM Hall, one of Scotland’s leading firms of independent Chartered Surveyors, has strengthened its Commercial presence in the North of Scotland with the appointment of chartered surveyor Andy Gray.
Andy, who will work between our busy Inverness and Elgin offices, brings more than 7 years’ commercial property experience and in-depth knowledge of commercial property in the Highlands and Moray.
This appointment will enhance the firm’s property service offering in the North office group, which is administered and supervised by Partner Stuart Johnston. Andy joins DM Hall from ASG Commercial where he worked as a business sales agent.
Andy will focus primarily on developing the commercial agency business throughout the region but will also participate in the provision of valuation services to corporate and private clients. Amongst his other skills, he is a qualified EPC Assessor for non-domestic properties.
Andy said: “As one of Scotland’s truly national firms, DM Hall has an established and respected presence and it is clear that there is a strong appetite to grow its commercial business.
“I am looking forward to developing the agency business for DM Hall, and building on the firm’s reputation that exists in other fields.”
Stuart Johnston, commercial partner at DM Hall’s Aberdeen office, said: “Everyone in the firm’s North Group is delighted to have someone of Andy’s calibre joining us. He will be an asset to our expanding team and will bring further depth and local knowledge which will be of great benefit to our clients.
“He will bring a fresh input and enthusiasm to our multi-discipline team, and his appointment will enable us to provide an even better service to our clients in this wide geographical area.”
