Mike McIntyre of DM Hall, who has been responsible for the marketing of the development, said: “The speed with which this development has been let undoubtedly demonstrates healthy underlying tenant demand for high quality commercial space in the right location.”
“We are delighted to have secured a nationwide operation such as Tool Station to the development as an anchor tenant who were attracted to the high profile position and quality of the scheme which was devised and executed by our client, Trevor Johnston.”
Mr Johnston, said: “Mike and his team at DM Hall have done a first rate job of marketing our new development and securing full occupation even before the scheme was complete has been an added bonus”.
