DM Hall Aberdeen has announced that it has successfully negotiated terms to acquire new premises on behalf of growing Aberdeen firm, Sabre Safety Ltd.
Having outgrown their existing property in the Dyce area of Aberdeen, DM Hall Aberdeen identified premises on Howemoss Drive, Kirkhill Industrial Estate totalling 1095 sq. m. (11580 sq. ft.) and incorporating office, warehouse and secure yard.
Following negotiations with the landlord’s agents, Sabre Safety Ltd have agreed to enter into a new ten year lease at a rent of £125,000 per annum.
Commenting on the deal, Matthew Park of DM Hall Aberdeen said: “We are delighted to have secured these new premises which will help Sabre Safety Ltd facilitate their ongoing expansion.
“We are currently experiencing strong occupational demand in Aberdeen from the oil and gas sector for industrial property on the back of sustained high oil prices and an undersupply of available stock. We are therefore extremely pleased to have been able to acquire a property which exactly matches our client?۪s requirements.”
Doug Smith , CEO of Sabre Safety, said: “We are very pleased that DM Hall has sourced this building for us. Our rapid expansion over the past 12 months had meant that we had quickly outgrown our current premises. This new building is perfectly in keeping with our business model and will allow us to continue to provide our existing and future customers with a service that is second to none.”
