Independent Scottish chartered surveying firm DM Hall has raised more than £6,000 for RSABI following a gruelling Three Peaks Challenge undertaken by colleagues from across the country.

DM Hall, one of Scotland’s leading firms of independent chartered surveyors, has raised more than £6,000 in support of RSABI, the Royal Scottish Agricultural Benevolent Institution.

RSABI provides vital emotional, practical and financial support to people involved in Scotland’s agricultural industry, including farmers, crofters, farm workers and their dependants.

Ten DM Hall colleagues from across Scotland took on the demanding Three Peaks Challenge, climbing and descending the highest peaks in Wales, England and Scotland within a 24-hour period. The challenge brought together members of the firm’s rural, commercial and residential property teams, who undertook the feat to raise funds for DM Hall’s charity partners.

The DM Hall team comprised Donald Yellowley (Rural), Tom Lennie (Rural), Wesley Weld-Moore (Oban), Roger Davis (Aberdeen), Charlie Barrett (Edinburgh), Ewan Robinson (Edinburgh), Claudia Balmforth (Prestwick), Steven Leith (Falkirk), Colin Macgregor (Inverness), Graeme Gilchrist (Galashiels) and Niall Morrison (Edinburgh). They were joined in support by Andrew Sinclair of RSABI.

DM Hall was delighted to present a cheque for more than £6,000 to RSABI at this year’s Perth Show, recognising the charity’s important work supporting people across Scotland’s agricultural community.

Donald Yellowley, Partner at DM Hall, presented the cheque on behalf of the firm to Perth farmer and RSABI trustee Andrew Sinclair & RSABI Fundraising Executive Margo Wills.

The fundraising initiative highlights DM Hall’s continued commitment to supporting the communities in which its people live and work, while reflecting the firm’s longstanding connection with Scotland’s rural and agricultural sectors.

The donation will help RSABI continue its work providing practical, emotional and financial assistance to people and families facing challenges within Scotland’s agricultural community.
