A substantial 208,000 sq. ft. former distribution warehouse and workshops on a site spread over 10 acres and lying adjacent to Dundee’s busy Kingsway is being marketed by DM Hall, one of Scotland’s leading independent firms of Chartered Surveyors.
The heritable property at Baird Avenue, on Dundee’s Dryburgh Industrial Estate, is on offer at bids in excess of £1.25m following instruction to DM Hall from the joint administrators of Twickler Estates Limited.
Jim Honeyman, Director of DM Hall’s Dundee office who is marketing the site, said: “This site has a prominent roadside position with high visibility from Kingsway and is potentially capable of sub-division or re-development. It was last occupied by an organisation engaged in engineering and fabrication activities”.
The site was formerly owned by Tesco Stores Limited before it was acquired by Twickler Estates Ltd as a large production facility.
Interested parties should contact Jim Honeyman at DM Hall, Shed 26, Unit 34, City Quay, Camperdown Street, Dundee DD1 3JA, telephone 01382 8731000. Jim.honeyman@dmhall.co.uk.
