DM Hall was delighted to host the 2026 Graduate & Trainee CPD Day at our Edinburgh office, located at 17 Corstorphine Road, Edinburgh. The event brought together graduates and trainees from across the business for a day dedicated of professional development, collaboration and knowledge sharing.

The CPD day provided a valuable opportunity for attendees to connect with fellow graduates and trainees, strengthening professional networks while sharing experiences from across the firm’s offices and service lines. Bringing colleagues together in person created a supportive environment for discussion, learning and collaboration.

A key part of the day was a mock APC assessment, designed to give trainees practical experience of the assessment process and help them prepare for their upcoming professional milestones. The exercise offered participants the chance to test their knowledge, receive constructive feedback and build confidence ahead of their formal assessments.

The programme also featured a series of departmental presentations, offering insights into the diverse range of services delivered by DM Hall. Teams from Rural, Marketing, Architectural Services, and Commercial Agency shared updates on their work, current market trends and the opportunities within each discipline. These sessions provided valuable exposure to different areas of the business and encouraged cross-departmental understanding.
