Unit 6, Broomhill Road, Spurryhillock Industrial Estate, Stonehaven has been let by DM Hall, one of Scotland leading independent Chartered Surveyors to Howden Joinery Properties Ltd.

Extending to approximately 8,000 square feet, the building was constructed on a speculative basis and let prior to its completion to Howden, the UK?۪s leading supplier of kitchens and joinery products to trade customers. The unit will serve trade customers in Stonehaven and South Aberdeenshire and supplement the company?۪s expanding group of 600 depots throughout the UK.

The building was let on a new 15 year lease without break.
