DM Hall appoints highly experienced surveyor, Graeme Gilchrist, to Director’s role covering the Scottish Borders

DM Hall has appointed residential surveyor, Graeme Gilchrist, as a Director in its Galashiels office from which he will play a leading role in the Borders’ residential property market.
With extensive experience in all matters of residential surveying, Graeme assists clients with Home Reports, Private and Mortgage Valuation Reports, Building Reinstatement Assessments and Energy Performance Certificates.
Graeme graduated LLB from the University of Dundee in 2014, completed a master’s degree from the University College of Estate Management in 2015, and qualified as a Registered Valuer with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 2016.
Graeme joins DM Hall having spent 10 years as a surveyor and Director in Tayside with a prominent Scotland-wide surveying practice.
Melrose born and bred, Graeme has now returned with his young family to his roots in the Borders with his appointment as a Director in DM Hall.
