Chartered surveyor, David Burrup, has joined the building surveying team of DM Hall LLP, one of Scotland’s biggest independent firms of chartered surveyors.
David, who qualified with Storeys SSP, will focus on Edinburgh and the east of Scotland and will work from DM Hall’s Alva Street office in central Edinburgh. His arrival further boosts the growing building surveying and consultancy team in Scotland.
Keith Jones, DM Hall senior partner, said: “David’s arrival is most welcome and I am sure he will be a great support to our existing Edinburgh-based colleague, Greig Adams”.
David is an experienced and very capable surveyor who will strengthen and broaden our offering to clients and is doubly welcome since a return of confidence in both the commercial and residential property markets have seen demand for our building surveying advice and expertise soar in the past couple of months.
We do not see this level of demand taking a downturn in the foreseeable future, so David will be rolling-up his sleeves and dealing with our current workload and the further opportunities that we expect to see arising over the coming weeks and months.
David Burrup said: “DM Hall is a highly-respected name in the surveying profession and I am very pleased to be joining the firm at such an exciting time and, I hope, playing an important role in its future development.”
