In a further indication that activity levels in the residential property market are returning to something nearer to normal, DM Hall LLP, one of Scotland?۪s biggest independent firms of chartered surveyors, has hired chartered surveyor, Calum Steven to operate from its Glasgow North office.
Calum, who was previously with Graham & Sibbald, will focus on undertaking the increasing number of surveying assignments secured by DM Hall in the Glasgow residential market.
Eric Curran, DM Hall?۪s managing partner, said: ???Calum is an experienced surveyor with a great track record and we are delighted that he has decided to join our Glasgow North team.
???We have been focusing on strengthening our surveying team since the middle of last year and will be putting Calum?۪s expertise to great use since we have seen a strong revival in the market this spring and we anticipate that this will be sustained over the course of this year and beyond.?
Calum Steven, who grew up in Giffnock and lives now in Strathaven, said: ???DM Hall is a highly-respected name in the surveying profession and I am very pleased to be joining just as the market is becoming more active.?
