After another year of growth and increased activity, three of DM Hall’s offices (Stirling, Falkirk and Galashiels) have moved to new strategic locations within their respective cities.
The new Stirling office premises, at 1 Pitt Terrace, brings the office closer to the hub from which many of the city’s estate agents operate.
DM Hall’s Stirling-based partner, Gordon McCulloch, said: “Our move to city centre premises is a great boost to engage more closely with the fellow professionals in estate agencies, firms of solicitors, and independent financial advisors, from whom we derive a significant proportion of our business.
Callendar Park is the new home for the Falkirk office. As David Telford, Director at DM Hall’s Falkirk office said: “Relocation to Callendar Park is perfectly placed to access the town centre, geographically our client base is now spread right across the entire Falkirk area and beyond. This is the perfect opportunity to be equidistant to our whole client base allowing us a greater flexibility.” Galashiels, moved to premises at 38 Island Street which are nearly four times the size of the previous office. The new office has a much higher profile, situated as it is on a busy road which affords greater visibility.

Richard Clowes, Partner, said: “Island Street will give us so much more potential and flexibility, as well as dramatically increased storage capacity. It will draw greater attention to the firm with its position on a busy thoroughfare.”
Eric Curran, Managing Partner at DM Hall, said: “As a firm DM Hall has always prided itself on being as close as possible to our clients and meeting their needs so we have committed to consistently developing our professional offering to meet their demands.”
