With its prominent corner position, it is understandable that the property attracted a great deal of interest from potential bidders, for a variety of uses. On the market for offers in excess of £1,000,000, the landmark property sold for an undisclosed sum to a local businessman.

Matthew Park, of DM Hall’s Aberdeen Commercial department commented, “We are delighted to have acted on the sale of the former International Casino building on behalf of our clients. This landmark property is situated within the heart of the rebranded Merchant Quarter and adjacent to Hammerson’s new Union Square development.
