We have an exciting opportunity for a qualified residential surveyor to join our established team working in and around the West Coast of Scotland, from a base in the long-established seaside town of Oban.

Known as the seafood capital of Scotland and the Gateway to the Isles, Oban is one of the most beautiful and unspoilt parts of the country offering unique lifestyle opportunities to all. The area includes many picturesque towns and villages, vast countryside, lochs, and beaches. Leisure pursuits and opportunities include sailing, coastal and hill walks, mountain biking, and kayaking.  The area also boasts Glencruitten Golf Club, the home course of Bob McIntyre.

There is excellent educational provision in the area, good social amenities and the location is well connected by CalMac Ferry Services and Hebridean Air Services to the Inner Hebridean Isles, such as Mull, Islay, Tiree, Colonsay etc., which DM Hall surveyors use regularly.  Whilst there is a lively and dynamic property market across the region, there is a wide range of choice and affordability not always found elsewhere.

Suitable applicants should be:

• MRICS or AssocRICS qualified
• Experienced in Home Reports, Valuation reports and other residentially focused products
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly motivated with strong career aspirations
