There is excellent educational provision in the area, good social amenities and the location is well connected both North and South by proximity to the M74 route which connects Scotland and England. Suitable applicants should be:

• MRICS or AssocRICS qualified
• Experienced in Home Reports, Valuation reports and other residentially focused products
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly motivated with strong career aspirations
