We have an exciting opportunity available for a Non-Domestic Energy Assessor to join our busy, forward-thinking, and highly skilled team in Dunfermline where we operate on a Scotland-wide basis.
We are looking to expand our team to capitalise on our ambitious growth plans throughout Scotland within the energy services. The role will be a combination of site and office-based work, while our team are based in Dunfermline, we are flexible to candidates throughout the central belt as we have office locations throughout Scotland.
Your main duties and responsibilities will be:
- Conducting energy assessments on non-domestic/commercial properties across Scotland.
- Producing Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs).
- Managing your own diary and workload including communicating with clients directly to arrange site visits and issuing reports.
- Working with DM Hall departments to provide in-house advice.
We are looking for the following skills and experience:
- Level 4 NDEA qualification (with Scotland supplement).
- Proven experience as a Commercial Energy Assessor in Scotland.
- Be organised and able to communicate with clients and colleagues effectively through email and phone.
- Must hold a full UK driving licence.
- Experience with ‘Design Builder SBEM’ is preferred but not essential as software training will be provided.
- Section 63 and Display Energy Certificate qualifications are favourable but not essential.
In return, you will be rewarded with a competitive salary dependent on experience, and once training is completed a vehicle will be provided for business and personal use.
The position is 35hrs (full-time) a week based in Dunfermline with an option for a hybrid/WFH schedule for the right candidate once training is completed.
