We are looking for a motivated, dependable office assistant to join our busy Commercial Property Team at DM Hall based in our Edinburgh office. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic, organised, and keen to work in an office environment.
Key Skills and Qualities:
- Strong communication skills with a proactive, positive can-do attitude.
- Good attention to detail when completing tasks.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and manage a varied workload.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft applications and databaseswould be an advantage.
Responsibilities may include:
- Providing general administrative support to the office team.
- Updating and maintaining databases and records.
- Assisting with filing, scanning, and document organisation.
- Responding to emails and helping with basic office tasks.
