We are seeking an ambitious individual to join our North Commercial team in a hybrid role focusing on both valuation and agency services.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well established and growing team, covering the North of Scotland, to include Moray, the Highlands and the Northern Isles from your office base in Inverness. In this hybrid role, you will assist a broad range of clients across a wide range of property types, with significant potential for career variety and progression.

The ideal candidate will have valuation experience across a range of property sectors and asset classes for a variety of purposes, including secured lending.

You will be dynamic and well organized with excellent communication and negotiation skills and a person who will be willing to take an active role in business development with the support of your colleagues in the North Commercial Group and the firms national valuation and agency teams.

We would be delighted to hear from candidates that have achieved MRICS and are a RICS Registered Valuer, with two years post qualification experience preferred. We are also open to discussion if you are interested in solely a valuation or agency role.
