Aberdeen (Full Time)

We are seeking an ambitious individual to join our North Commercial Valuation team based in our Aberdeen office.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well established and growing commercial team, covering the North of Scotland, including the Northern Isles. In this role, you will assist a broad range of clients across varying locations with significant opportunities for career variety and progression.

We are looking for a candidate who is dynamic with good communication skills and one who will take an active role in business development. As we progress towards being paper-light, we expect you to be comfortable assimilating new technologies.

Although primarily based in our Aberdeen office there will be opportunities for home working and/or working from one of our local offices across the North East to allow flexibility in your working life. A company car (including hybrid and electric vehicles) is provided.

We would be delighted to hear from candidates that have achieved MRICS and are a RICS Registered Valuer, ideally with one to two years post qualification experience. All candidates must be eligible to work in the UK and hold a clean driving licence.
