Job Title: Commercial Property Agent

About the Role

This is a full-time role located in Aberdeen for a Commercial Property Agent forming part of the firms North Commercial Team.

The agent will handle the letting, sale and acquisition of commercial properties.

Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining a network of clients, handling viewings, negotiating offers, and ensuring compliance with relevant property regulations.

The role requires a customer-focused approach and an ability to deliver tailored solutions for diverse property needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in Estate Agency or Sales
• Strong Customer Service and Client Relationship Management skills
• Effective Sales and Negotiation abilities
• Knowledge of commercial property market in Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, while meeting deadlines
• RICS membership or relevant professional qualification is a plus
• Previous experience in the Aberdeen property market would be advantageous but not essential
