We are seeking an ambitious individual to join our Commercial Department as a Commercial Agent.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well established and growing team, covering the North of Scotland from our office base in Aberdeen. In this role, you will assist a broad range of clients across varying locations, with significant opportunities for career variety and progression.

The role will typically be focused around the letting and sale of a wide range of commercial properties across all sectors of the market as well as dealing with client requirements to agree new lettings or acquisitions.

We are looking for a candidate who is dynamic, with excellent communication and negotiation skills who understands the importance of client care and will take an active role in the development of this part of the business with the support of our local commercial team and as part of our national agency practice. As we progress towards being paper-light, we expect you to be comfortable assimilating new technologies.

Although primarily based in our Aberdeen office there will be opportunities for home working and/or working from one of our local offices across the North East of Scotland to offer some flexibility in your working life.

We would be delighted to hear from candidates with previous estate agency experience and whilst it is preferred that you will have achieved your MRICS status or are working towards it, this would not be a necessity for the right candidate with a strong sales and customer service background.
