At DM Hall, we recognise the importance of recruiting and training the firm’s next generation of surveyors. We are committed to attracting, developing, supporting, and retaining recent graduates and individuals with industry experience who aspire to qualify as surveyors.
A Multidisciplinary firm
We regularly offer trainee positions across various surveying disciplines and locations. Trainees will acquire practical experience by working within their respective departments and learning from experienced professionals. Each trainee will participate in a structured training programme to guide them toward their professional qualifications.

Graduates with a suitable degree will enrol in a training programme, which prepares them for the RICS Assessment of Professional Competence (APC). This programme ensures that candidates emerge as confident and competent professionals.
We provide comparable support for individuals with industry experience seeking to retrain. We offer support to achieve the Associate qualification (Assoc RICS) and the opportunity to progress to full Chartered status (MRICS).
We expect suitable candidates to demonstrate a strong work ethic, possess excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, and exhibit a genuine desire to learn and enhance their knowledge. All trainees are expected to be actively working toward a professional qualification.
