Location

The nursery is located in a quality residential area within Angus, Scotland. Situated to the North of the main A92 Dundee to Stonehaven coastal road route. Surrounding properties are generally residential although there is a large hospital is in close proximity.

Within one of the principal towns in Angus lying approximately 18 miles north east from Dundee. The town remains a popular holiday destination with the resident population of around 25,000 swelled by the many visitors during the busy summer months. Angus has good transport links to both Dundee and Aberdeen and provides excellent retail facilities within the main town centre.

Our client established the nursery 11 years ago and is now looking to retire. During our clients ownership the nursery has established an excellent reputation for the quality level of care provided. At present effectively no marketing is undertaken with business generated generally via word of mouth.
