The firm recently underwent what was effectively a double audit. Despite the huge volumes of work, and potential for more discrepancies to arise, we are delighted to report that any discrepancies were regarded as “very minor” and were generally rectified within 48 hours. 12 offices were audited, across varying disciplines, with many processes and files checked over a 2 week period. The outcome of the audit is that we have secured and maintained the continuation of the prestigious ISO 9001:2015 standard. Further, in spite of high volumes of work and a disrupted workforce operating with restrictions, the firm was found to be operating in an excellent manner.
