DM Hall’s Quality & Compliance Team, led by Stewart Ritchie, is pleased to have passed a re-certification audit for the ISO 9001:2015 standard.

The re-certification audit is an in-depth scrutiny of processes and procedures, occurring every three years on top of the six monthly observational checks.

The outcome was extremely positive with “no non conformities” noted, which is an outstanding result given the challenges presented over the past 18 months.

There was mention that DM Hall has “continued to implement the management system processes and is continually seeking improvement opportunities”.
